Coconut oil is a wonder for our skin! As we get older our skin begins to lose its elasticity, which results in sagging and wrinkling. A great way to combat this is coconut oil. Coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids (MCFA). These acids make your skin connective tissues stronger, which gives the desired softness and elasticity. MCFA's also act as a great antioxidant, which helps to neutralize the free radicals (that destroy skin tissue) and slow down aging!
